A woman has been accused of being disorderly in public… while dressed as a cow.
Michelle Allen, a lady from Middletown was caught by the cops chasing children in her neighbourhood while wearing the costume on Monday.
Allen also urinated on a neighbour’s front porch. Yes real urine, not milk.
The officer that caught Michelle Allen reported that she was verbally abusive to him and smelled of alcohol.
The report did speculate as to why Allen was wearing a cow suit.
